HOA:

$100 a month HOA fees for each lot except for the two larger parcels, Lot 3 & Lot 10, which are $200 per month for maintenance of the ground and beach.

Once construction begins, a 12-hour night watchie and gardener will be hired so HOA dues will rise to $150 per month each lot and $200 per month for Lots 3 & 10.

WATER:

Owners will be required to build a 5,000-gallon minimum cistern but the developer will be working on putting in town water pipes from municipality system as a backup system for cistern water.
